The central location won’t save this place. It was a total mess, really dirty, and the elevator didn’t work at all. Probably the worst hotel you could stay in Rome. Don’t book here. I gave it one star only because I couldn’t select less.

They cancelled our booking the night before we were due to arrive, then tried to charge us for an expensive room with a shared bathroom. The hotel is a total fraud. If you want a terrible experience, book here.

It was okay for the price. The room had a private bathroom and AC. Getting up there was a bit much, with about 472833 steps, though you can take the old two-person lift.

The hotel was very dirty, it was noisy at night, and the staff don’t speak English. Please don’t book a stay here.
