The rooms are large, there’s plenty of closet space, and the common areas are sufficient. Cleanliness and the service at the table were excellent. The owners are genuinely courteous and pleasant, and this is meant respectfully as advice that might help them do even better. The value for money is certainly good, but the food is unacceptable these days. Customers notice and talk about these things, whether with friends or in reviews like this one. The dinner buffet was poor and repetitive, including green beans left from the night before. The menu said “sole fillet,” but what arrived was battered fried fish pieces. Pasta was consistently overcooked and fell apart under a fork, and some ingredients seemed below standard, like canned food opened and tipped onto trays. Local dishes should appear more often than just one evening. At breakfast, the buffet was barely adequate, and it included mille-feuille left over from the previous evening’s dessert. I’d rather pay a little more for good food made by a skilled, attentive cook with some imagination and originality. You don’t need a chef, but you do need someone who cares about quality. Customers pay attention to this, and the owners should too. I hope future reviews prove my concerns very wrong. This is respectful criticism, and I wish the owners greater success. We had another pleasant, peaceful holiday, and Fiorenza helped make it so. The property is excellent for its location, services, and value, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We came back to this hotel again this year, and its location makes it easy to get around nearby. The owners were friendly and helpful, as were the very polite staff. The place was spotless and well cared for, and the food was excellent, with lots to choose from at breakfast and dinner. It’s an ideal place for a vacation. They were truly excellent, highly recommended!

Our room was spotless, with a big balcony, and we had a GREAT time. The woman who welcomed us was kind and helpful. The ski storage room also has equipment for drying and heating boots.
