We didn't try the small spa at the hotel. For dinner, there was an à la carte menu, meals to choose from a list, and a salad bar. We tried them all and enjoyed the food. Breakfast was included and served from a buffet. The selection didn't vary much over the week, but everything on offer was delicious, and the coffee was real coffee, not the muddy water many hotels serve free while charging for better coffee. Given we were in Italy, that wasn't surprising! :D The staff were always smiling and looking for ways to help. Our rooms were cleaned flawlessly each day, which mattered a lot with a four year old. We had a three person room with a main room and a separate extended area with a sofa bed behind sliding doors. There were two terraces with lovely views. The beds were large and very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had no issues, and the room stayed warm and cosy. Hot water was always available, both at noon when we seemed to be the only ones there and later when everyone was back from the slopes. All the furniture, walls, light switches, and the rest of the room looked brand new. The two person room was the same in those respects, except it had no extended area and just one terrace. The hotel is on the main street, about a 10 minute walk from the Col Rodella gondola to the ski area. There's a large car park out front and a beautiful view behind the hotel. Excellent location, really nothing more to ask for.

Marisa and the staff were amazing during our two night stay. The place was comfortable, clean, well catered, and a great price. There were three of us on motorcycles, and it was superb for bikers. We cleaned the bikes there and stored them in the handy garage. Breakfast and dinner were top drawer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The negatives for me were that water wasn't included with dinner and had to be paid for separately. I also found the nights pretty cold because the heating was switched off then. There were several good points too. The hotel had two saunas, included in our stay, and a heated ski room. The cleaning was good, and the staff were nice and polite. The location was handy, between two ski bus stops, and only two stops from Campitello's main ski lift. Ski bus tickets aren't part of the ski pass, but you can buy them at the hotel. There were supermarkets, rental shops, and gift shops nearby.

The rooms are roomy and clean, and the food is very good. Breakfast could use some improvement. Service was amazingly kind, and the ski bus stop is really close.
