Filippo listened to what we needed and arranged apartments on the same floor for our whole group. The apartments were clean, roomy enough, and looked even better than the photos. We liked being able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and the location suited us well. Driver Davide took us into town or to the main lift, which is also about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We had a great stay at Villa Avisio and would recommend it to anyone skiing in Dolomiti. We might come back. Thanks so much 💜

The apartment was good, nothing fancy, but comfortable. It’s a little way from the main lift, though that didn’t cause us any trouble: we got a ride there each morning and were picked up again in the afternoon wherever we happened to be in Canazei.

A quiet spot, a little tucked away, but only a five-minute walk from the town center. The residence has one of the best positions in Canazei. The flats are cozy and have what you need, and some come with a private yard and a wonderful view.

I had to cancel my stay and told the owner a few days beforehand. They agreed to refund the money I’d paid in advance, but it never came back, despite several attempts to reach them by email and phone. Very disappointing way to deal with a customer. If you can’t make it, you risk losing your money, so be careful doing business with this place.

The host was very nice, and the service, facilities, and cleanliness were all fine. The internet, unfortunately, was down for most of our stay.
