A cosy apartment and a really nice host. We travel with our pet, so being able to bring dogs matters a lot to us. We were even given homemade apple strudel, and it was very good 😍. The location works well, 10 mins to Kronplatz and 3 mins to center Falzes, where there's the nearest ATM, supermarcet, caffe bar, bakery and more. Highly reccomend!

We had everything we could need in the apartment, including very modern kitchen appliances, and it was tastefully decorated. The hosts were very friendly, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay (February 26th). The ski bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away. It runs twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

We felt at home in the spacious, welcoming, new apartments, and the hosts were attentive and kind. They treated us to delicious dinners with plenty of variety. The property sits in gorgeous scenery, close to Brunico, yet it's peaceful and quiet. Thanks to the hosts. We'll definitely come back. Riccardo and Tiziana

We had a lovely summer vacation here, with spacious rooms, aptly called Suites, and excellent, balanced cooking. The guesthouse sits in a valley surrounded by nature and animals, with real peace and quiet. You can set off on several trails right from here. Brunico is only 10 km away, so there are plenty of activities, and you can even take the "Pustertal train." The quality for the price is top notch.
