We got to Marina di Campo beach in about 10 minutes on the two bikes reserved for our use. The property is around 2 km from town, along the road toward Cavoli and Fetovaia. Our first-floor apartment had two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, with windows in every room. It was quiet and practical, and the beds were comfortable; the shower worked well too. The shared garden is spacious and includes a gazebo for private use. The 1980s furniture and flooring were plain and could use an update. At night, light from the stairwell came through the glass entrance door and bothered us while sleeping. A few kitchen basics were missing, including a cutting board, corkscrew, and bread knife.

The service was impeccable. Though tucked away in greenery, the location is close to the town and beaches. You can walk the 2 km or use the handy bikes provided.

Having a bicycle and washing machine was really useful. The place itself is nice, though the floors and walls could have been cleaner.

For me, this is the most beautiful place on Elba!

The staff organization was lacking, but I would still recommend it. The location, parking, and washing machine were all excellent.
