Mr. Silvano greeted us every day with warmth and kindness, and was always ready with advice on routes and getting around. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend the place. We chose a garden room with its own entrance. It was lovely to step outside in the morning, and the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. There was also a handy fridge. Breakfast was generous, with an exceptional range of sweets for all tastes. Mrs. Lorena baked delicious cakes each day, always something different. There were also cold cuts, cheeses, and all kinds of fruit. The property is in a great position for the beach below and for Cavoli beach, which you can reach on foot in 10-15 minutes. Marina di Campo, Biodola Beach, and Procchio Beach are convenient to get to, as are Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, both beautiful and picturesque, in 30-40 minutes.

A passionate, experienced family runs this seaside hotel. It was very clean, and breakfast was fantastic, with delicious homemade cakes and schiacciata. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas, and Seccheto beach is known for its setting and clear water. We had a great stay and will be back.

We came away feeling relaxed and really pleased with our stay. The family running the place were welcoming and always around when we needed them. Our room and the shared spaces were very clean, and breakfast had plenty of choice, sweet and savory. The beach is only a few steps away.

The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and practical. Its location is a real plus, just 50 meters from Seccheto beach and a few kilometers from Marina di Campo.

Mrs. Lorena deserves a mention for her excellent cakes, and breakfast in general was varied and good. We found the rooms clean, and they also provided umbrellas and loungers. The owners were kind and helpful. I stayed for a few days and loved being so close to the sea. I'd happily return.
