The villa is in a very good location and looks lovely from outside, but the inside was a mess. It could be beautiful with proper upkeep, yet it was very dirty when we visited. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures were heavily scaled, and the kitchen, especially the counters, didn't invite us to cook. The sofa blankets, particularly the ones outside, clearly hadn't been cleaned before our visit. There were lots of holes in the walls, stains on the kitchen walls, and a broken curtain rod in the living room.

Only 50 meters from the sea and 200 meters from Marina di Campo, the villa is very large and furnished in a modern style. Outdoor showers are among the handy features for a beach holiday.
