The setting is lovely and green, and the only break in the quiet is the rooster crowing. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a reserved table outside where you can eat any meal. The location is really handy. Procchio and Marina di Campo beaches are only a few minutes away by car, and even the island’s farthest beaches are no more than half an hour away. Mrs. Monica is kind, helpful, and full of information, from restaurants with great views and food to excursions and the best beaches for the wind. She’s the real Wikipedia of Elba. A great stay, one I’d gladly repeat.

The house is beautiful, well cared for, cool, and peaceful, with a central position that makes it easy to get to all the island’s beaches. Monica was especially kind and helpful, always taking care of what we needed and making us feel welcome. I gave it five stars because that’s the highest rating available. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The spacious terrace was a favorite, especially on warm evenings, with a view toward Monte Capanne and the authentic mountain village of San Piero. The grounds are beautiful, green, and peaceful, with a real Tuscan feel. The apartments have rustic Tuscan charm and are clean and roomy, and Marina di Campo and Procchio beaches are very close. Villa Anna is run with real passion and hospitality by its lively Italian owner, Mrs. Zangobbi. Her warm welcome helped us leave the travel stress behind and relax right away. She also gave us a thorough guide to the island, including its best beaches and places to visit. It’s a lovely place to unwind, and we’ll be back.

It’s a quiet house even in August, with clean apartments and very comfortable outdoor areas. The kind host, Monica, and the charming setting amid Elba’s natural beauty made it a lovely place to stay. You can reach Procchio on the north coast or Marina di Campo on the south coast in five minutes by car or bike.
