Villetta Bel Giardino

From outside, this semi-detached house looks beautiful, with a pretty garden, a view, and a peaceful setting. Inside was a disaster. It was quite dirty, with cobwebs, and the furniture looked decades old. The kitchen was badly equipped: there were no wine glasses, just four drinking glasses altogether, and no regular coffee cups. The cupboards were nearly empty, and the gas stove didn't work properly. The bathroom smelled musty and had mold, and the bidet leaked. I can't recommend this property.

The scenery is beautiful, and there are comfortable spaces both inside and out. It's a good fit for anyone who enjoys greenery and a quiet setting. The living room has too much furniture, and the place could use some cleaning and maintenance. You'll need a car to get around, though the town is only a few minutes away.

The little villa is nice, but it was dirty, with spiders and cobwebs everywhere. The shower had a strong sewer smell that was sometimes unbearable. There was no screen on the entrance door for letting air in, and the bathroom window looked onto the neighbors' balcony. That was awkward, because closing the window made it hot. The beach is about a 10-minute drive away. If you're thinking of renting it, bring your own supplies. The house had plates, cutlery, and pots, but nothing for washing dishes or hands, no paper towels, and not even a basic sponge for cleaning.
