There’s a locked, heated ski room, visible where the garage is in the building photo, and plenty of parking right beside the building. The owner also gives you local maps and a ski bus pass when you arrive. The bus stop is nearby and connects to the surrounding resorts. For supplies, there’s a vending machine in the next-door building where you can get fresh milk from the cow for 1 euro 😏. A little farther down the main road, MPreis is a large, well-stocked discount store, and there’s a Coop too. It’s a comfortable, clean place with everything you need in the rooms. We stayed in a suite for four, and having a bathtub was great for a hot soak after skiing. It’s also a handy base for ski trips: Speikboden is 10 minutes away, Klausberg and Kronplatz are 20 minutes, and 3 Zinnen, Sellaronda, and Cortina d'Ampezzo are an hour away. I recommend it if you want to ski in the area.

The apartments are lovely, spacious, quiet, clean, and well equipped. Ms. Silvia is so kind. I think I’ll come back next year. I’m here now and everything is perfect ❤

The apartment was beautifully finished and thoughtfully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, induction stove, and roomy storage. Everything was functional and well cared for, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We also appreciated the insulation and soundproofing. Mrs. Silvia welcomed us warmly and professionally, and communication was quick and clear from booking onward. With an elevator, convenient parking, and easy access with luggage, arriving was straightforward. The residence is on a quiet street that leads to a main road, so we could walk to town and nearby places, as well as supermarkets, a bakery, and the milk dispenser right across from the building. Mrs. Silvia showed us the shared spaces, including the lovely garden with its well-kept plants and attractive playground, and explained activities and local restaurants, including dinner delivery. Each of us also received a small, much-appreciated gift. We stayed for a week with our small children, including a very young one, and found it a peaceful, comfortable place for a family, even for a longer visit. We can’t wait to return. Thank you!
