BnB La Casina dei Nonni

The view stretches from the Sibline mountains to the Adriatic Sea, and the good wines add to the Italian feel. We loved staying at this lovely B&B, especially the delicious breakfast.

The apartments were spotless, and breakfast had a lovely local feel. We also really appreciated our wonderful host and translator.

We only booked one night, but it turned into a lovely surprise. Simona welcomed us so warmly and made us feel spoiled, especially at breakfast, with all kinds of treats: tarts, apple pie, chocolate donuts, fresh fruit, and more. The cappuccino was superb. The room was tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail, and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything was clean and so well cared for. We'll definitely come back. It's a real gem. From the little balcony, we could see both the mountains and the sea, and the village of Campofilone was lovely. We enjoyed beautiful walks with sea views, and the beach is a 15-minute drive away, with delicious restaurants along the shore. The place worked especially well for us because there were no other guests, and it would also suit a group of six who know each other. Simona's hospitality was wonderful. She even picked us up at the train station. Breakfast had plenty of local and homemade treats, both sweet and savory. We came by public transport, so the bus twice a day was useful.
