Park Hotel Faloria

The spa was amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of snowboarding. The location is ideal and the staff are really friendly. Breakfast wasn't very good, and the rooms feel a little outdated and could use some care.

The room was spacious, though a few hangers would have been useful. Breakfast was good, but the coffee wasn't great. The hotel is centrally located on the main road. We had a very bad experience at the restaurant recommended for dinner, so don't be tempted to go there.

I was very disappointed by this winter stay. Every day, the hotel chose not to heat the rooms from morning until 4 p.m., even though temperatures outside were below -10, -15, and sometimes colder. The room was freezing, with walls so cold you couldn't touch them. When I complained, they said the heating was set automatically and they couldn't do anything except give me a blanket. Imagine coming back from skiing to that, or staying in when you don't ski, especially with young children in those refrigerators. It was terrible, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and capable. Special thanks to Diana, who kept smiling even with our kids around! The hotel also accommodated all our special requests, which really impressed me. We had a wonderful week at Park Hotel Faloria, with clean, cozy rooms that were warm at night, even if a little small. Breakfast offered lots of delicious choices, and dinner was spot on, with traditional dishes that weren't repetitive. The welcoming reception, lovely location, and large parking area out front added to the stay. My kids loved it too. Thanks for a wonderful experience, we'll be back in summer to enjoy beautiful, unique Val di Fassa!
