The apartment’s three floors made it very uncomfortable to get around. Conditions in the bathrooms were awful: one toilet was soiled with feces, and nobody came to clean it after we complained to the owner. We sent more requests by message, but the owner didn’t reply. There was no toilet paper either, and it took several hours to get any. One bathroom had neither a bidet nor hot water.
