Helianthus Residence

Everything in the room was extremely clean and well furnished. For once, we felt comfortable using the cutlery and utensils without washing them first, and we didn't lack a thing. Claudia and Davide were lovely hosts, friendly, helpful, and attentive to what we wanted. The place is tucked away from the main road, with lake-view rooms on the first floor. There's underground parking, a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby, and the lake is a five-minute walk. Thanks for a great holiday, and we hope to return.

We had beautiful sunshine and clear skies for more than four days, which made our stay even better. Claudia was kind and helpful, making sure everything went well and sharing lots of suggestions. We loved Helianthus Residence for its location and facilities, with restaurants and places to visit close by, including the Cannero promenade and nearby towns and villages. Highly recommended!

Claudia is the heart of the residence. She was friendly and ready to help whenever we needed something, but could also leave us in peace when we wanted to switch off. I've visited the northern part of Lake Maggiore many times and lived there for a while about 40 years ago, and this is one of the most beautiful residences I've stayed in. The modern building is beautifully designed and fits Cannero Riviera perfectly. Our room was lovely, with a modern kitchen and shower room. There's air-conditioning and heating, which may come in handy from October to April, plus a lift and a basement garage. Reserve a parking spot, since finding one freely in Cannero is extremely difficult. Strongly recommendable!

A big plus is having a car parking place in the underground garage, and the balcony looks out over the lake. The recently equipped modern house has a pleasant feel and is just a short distance from the central promenade and the lake. Rooms are comfortable and include a kitchen, air conditioning, automatic windows and other conveniences. You can expect high-quality service.
