We loved the peaceful setting and the lovely view across the coast. The place sits 100m above sea level, and the main street and a good restaurant are about 900m away. Everyone was very kind, and breakfast was a good continental one.

The view from our apartment at the top was absolutely beautiful, and I really enjoyed the animals, gardens, and outdoor decorations. The staff were kind and helpful. A few things bothered me personally: the place was hard to find since it's one of the upper villas, the WiFi was poor, and breakfast felt quite limited. There was just one plate of scrambled eggs for the three of us, with no buffet to choose from.

Breakfast was amazing, and the place felt so calm and quiet. The views and location were fantastic, too. Staff spoke enough English that communication was easy. I'd definitely stay here again.

The view from up top was beautiful, and the host was incredibly friendly. We got plenty of suggestions for places nearby. The rooms had private bathrooms, and breakfast was really good, especially the excellent scrambled eggs.

We stayed at B&B Oltremare in July 2022, in the Ametista Apartment. Its veranda looked out over the town and bay of Cannigione, a beautiful view. Ingrid helped us get settled and arrange outings, including a one day catamaran tour of the Maddalena Archipelago. She speaks English, French and Italian fluently. From the B&B, most Costa Smeralda beaches, Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia were an easy 15-25 minute drive. Excellent location.
