Luca and his partner were great, and everything was uncomplicated. The grounds are quiet and well maintained, and our apartment, number 11, was very clean with a wonderful bay view. You can borrow the barbecue by letting the guys know in the morning. There’s no internet inside the apartments, though the reception area has a reliable connection. The bedroom can be darkened, the beds were okay, and there’s plenty of storage. The fridge is large and has a separate freezer. One thing to know is that sheets and towels cost 15 euros per person per stay, though you can bring your own.

The sea-view room was breathtaking, and the rooms were spotless. The hosts were kind, too. I stayed at the residence with a friend a week and a half ago. Prices are very fair, and the location makes it easy to reach the loveliest spots on the Costa Smeralda.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the guys gave us excellent recommendations. It’s a lovely, peaceful, well-kept place with sea views and a great base for reaching the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Smeralda. Thank you, we hope to return soon ❤️

I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely return. The sea view is lovely, the garden is well kept with beautiful bougainvillea, and parking is free and convenient. We were even able to extend checkout by almost a full day because the apartment was still available, which earned it top marks from us. Just a small thing: there’s no microwave or oven, only a stovetop, and a microwave would be useful.

I’ve been coming to these residences for years; they’re my favorite. The area is wonderful, with a view across the whole sea. The residences are welcoming and really clean. It feels like home, only in a dream setting.
