Apartment-House Depa

The apartment had several problems, and the agency service was TERRIBLE. We spent two hours waiting in the scorching sun when we arrived because the cleaning company was late. A quick call from the agency girl could have let us know, so we could have arrived later and avoided risking sunstroke, especially for our 2-year-old daughter. The freezer was broken and took 5 days to repair. The technician came in while we were at the beach, and the agency girl hadn’t told us he was coming. We should have been there. What about privacy? Inconceivable. There were other issues too: the last stairwell to the attics was completely dark at night, so we couldn’t see the steps, and the electrical outlet by the bathroom mirror was broken. When we left, the agency girl wasn’t there to take the keys and didn’t answer my call asking what to do. Instead, she messaged, “Leave the keys in the apartment.” She was inexperienced, completely incompetent, and unprofessional.
