Being just 50 meters from the beach was great, and the apartment is also only an 8-minute walk from the lovely center of Caorle. It's set back from the seafront, so it stays away from the nighttime bustle. We stayed in Apartment No. 3, which was tidy and well organized, with roomy bedrooms and a kitchen that worked perfectly for making lunch and dinner. There was a sea view, too. Four of us came with a newborn and a dog, and we were all comfortable. Francesca was extremely kind and helpful, and having parking on site was a bonus. There's also free parking about a 5-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The calamari came out frozen, and the Spritz was warm and watered down. It seemed to have been sitting in a bottle for who knows how long, and when I asked for ice, I was rudely told they wouldn't bring any. In short, I'd avoid this place. Sincerely, a tourist.

We picked this place at random and ordered six spritzes. They'd already been made and kept in a bottle, then all arrived without ice. When we asked about the ice, the answer was no. The fried calamari was “good,” but cold. I wouldn't recommend it.

There's a reserved parking space, and the house is near the beach. Still, the very low price makes sense after staying there. The sofa bed I was meant to sleep on was broken when I arrived. I had called the agency, and maintenance workers came that evening to replace it. The place had just been cleaned, but apparently only the floors. The dishes were greasy, the closets smelled bad inside, and the bathroom water kept swinging from freezing cold to boiling hot. I'd suggest bringing all the basics, from toilet paper to dish soap, and washing everything thoroughly.
