The hotel and room were okay for a three-star place, but our stay was disappointing because of the unfriendly treatment. From the moment we arrived, the older woman at reception seemed unwilling to help and acted as though she didn’t like having us there. We asked if we could move our sun bed a little closer to the beach. She explained that only families with small children had the right to go closer, which was fair enough, but the beach area wasn’t full of families and I felt she might have found a way to help if she’d wanted to. On our last day, we wanted to spend another hour at the beach before leaving. When we asked about parking, she rudely said it wasn’t possible because they had so many guests. When we said we’d look for somewhere else, she laughed. The young blonde-haired woman was the only staff member who was friendly to us. I’ve been to Caorle four times because I like the town and beach, but this was my last stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and overlooks the sea. Breakfast was varied and generous, and we could use bicycles for free. A beach spot with an umbrella and two lounge chairs was included too. There’s a large paid parking lot in front of the hotel. For €15 a day, you can also park around Caorle if you need to get about, just ask reception. It’s suitable for everyone and highly recommended.

We arrived without a booking and were given a room with a sea view. The hotel is very nice, almost right on the beach, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and friendly too. We decided to stay one more night, which meant changing rooms because the arriving guests had booked sea-view rooms. That was fine, though: the second room was bigger and had a partial sea view. The old town of Caorle is about a 10-minute walk away.
