Residence Panfilo was comfortable and welcoming, and I found it surprisingly affordable compared with other places nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the location made it easy to get to public transport and nearby attractions. The air conditioning was a real help on hot summer days. Coming back to a cool room after exploring was a treat, and it worked perfectly. I also appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and utensils. As a budget traveler, I could make my own meals, save money, and enjoy home-cooked dinners with a bit more independence. The cozy atmosphere and reasonable rates made it easier to enjoy the trip without worrying so much about my budget, leaving more money for other activities. My stay was a delightful experience, and I’d highly recommend Residence Panfilo to anyone looking for a pleasant, cost-effective place to stay.

This is a residence rather than a hotel, with different apartments available for the period you choose, from studios to places with several bedrooms. Some units are owner-occupied, while others are rented out. The location is excellent, with partial views of the sea, park, or central street. Prices are average, and there’s a reserved parking space.

The surroundings were lovely, but the room made the stay miserable. Even though it was meant to have just been cleaned, the table and kitchen cupboards were dirty, so we had to wipe them down ourselves. The shower was covered in mold and the water drained painfully slowly. My family and I were there from July 26th to August 2nd. I won't be going back to Caorle, and definitely won't stay at that residence again.
