Being so close to the beach was the one real plus. For what you get, though, the price is absolutely awful, far too high. The apartment wasn’t clean enough, and there was no broom or anything similar for sweeping. The stove didn’t work, and we had to search around for the plugs because the washing machine and microwave were unplugged. The parking markings were confusing too: the number painted on the ground didn’t match the number on the rather small wall sign.

The location is excellent, and there’s parking on site. Inside, the furnishings are adequate, but the apartment was noisy and the cleanliness was disappointing. There wasn’t a broom or dustpan, and the stove didn’t work. The stroller ramp over the stairs feels pretty precarious. I wouldn’t want to try it in a wheelchair. For the price, this accommodation wasn’t worth it.
