Residence Tamerici

We’ll plan to stay here again next time. The staff were great, ready and available to help, and the pool was lovely and well maintained. The house was spacious and clean, with a modern, well equipped kitchen, a large living room and dining table, and a big couch that converts to a bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with two single beds and one with a large bed and lots of storage. Both have air conditioning that gets very cold. There’s also free parking, a small TV with lots of Italian channels, and no Wi-Fi. Towels aren’t included, but can be rented for 25 Euros per person, so we bought our own in town. The kitchen didn’t include detergent either. It’s a quiet location about ten minutes from the beach. We were originally booked at another place called Residence Diapason, but it wasn’t a good fit for my family. Residence Tamerici is a row of four connected houses with a shared pool.

It’s a great location, quiet during the day and at night, and we liked it a lot once we’d settled in. Just bring your own dish detergent, towels, and iron. There’s no internet, and Caorle Wifi wouldn’t connect. Cleaning isn’t provided either, and you have to take your garbage down the street to be collected.

This is a quiet residential spot on Caorle's western beach, about 850 meters from the beach. The residence has six units, each with its own garden, awnings, outdoor table and chairs, and access to a private pool with sun loungers and a hot shower. There’s a private parking space for every unit. We had a three-room apartment. Downstairs were the living room and kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. The sofa bed in the living area converts into two single beds. Upstairs, reached by a wooden staircase, was a bedroom with two single beds. All the windows have balconies and mosquito nets. Furnishings are functional. The kitchen has an oven but no dishwasher, and the bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub, and washing machine. There’s no cabinet for storing essentials. Sheets, blankets, and bedspreads were provided, but no towels, tablecloths, potholders, dishcloths, sponges, or cleaning cloths. The initial cleaning around the kitchen was a bit superficial. I’d recommend it to families who want a relaxing break and don’t mind walking to the beach or town centre.

The apartment was spacious, with plenty of cupboards, and came with a good assigned parking space on site. You can close and lock the gate manually. The location is quiet and residential, close to the beach and Caorle, though once someone kept ringing the intercom at 5 a.m. The pool was pleasant and clean with a hot shower, but the entrance railings were loose, and one had a sharp crack that could easily cut someone. There were four old plastic loungers, including one that was cracked. The bathroom was a weak point. It smelled unpleasant, and the toilet wasn’t clean despite a note saying it needed to be disinfected. Towels and Wi-Fi aren’t provided, as the listing says, and you need to put on your own bed linen. The kitchen was neglected and moldy. The refrigerator worked, but its damaged door wouldn’t close properly, and the dishwasher door was coming off. The air conditioning fuse was switched off, so only the fan worked until we turned it on ourselves. Each room had a mosquito net and wooden exterior blind, and both electric awnings worked. There was a new small TV with many channels. The grill was stored in an outdoor unit and hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. The property needs urgent renovation.
