This resort was far too expensive, over 200 EUR a night for our seven-night stay, given that it was unfinished, the food was below average, and everything seemed disorganized. I can't understand how it got four stars. I would avoid it, and don't think it should be operating yet. There was still construction going on, with building materials left around the property and unfinished roads between the houses. One day we had no electricity or hot water. They'd brought in a pizza oven but hadn't had time to install it. The staff seemed disorganized, with almost everyone doing a bit of everything. Nobody wore uniforms, so it wasn't clear who was who. WiFi was poor. Meals were repetitive with little choice: one meat dish, one fish dish, three kinds of pasta, salads and sides, microwave-baked pizza pieces, and the same desserts each day. Meals often arrived late, sometimes by as much as 45 minutes, without a reasonable explanation. Some guests brought small dogs into the dining room and staff did nothing. Animation cost 50 EUR per person per week, even though it was in Italian and useless to people who didn't understand the language. They claimed the resort was beachfront, but the beach was about 200 metres away, across a busy state road with no pedestrian crossing in sight. When we left something in our room, nobody told us. We only found out by asking the property to check. It took over a week to send it back, and they charged us for shipping. Paying 17 EUR wasn't the issue, but I expected a resort charging over 200 EUR per night to send it free.
