The restaurant was a treat, we had some delicious pizzas while we were there. We stayed with a few of our wedding guests and enjoyed the whole experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional.

The food was decent, but the rest of the stay left me wondering about the three-star rating. The rooms were clean enough, and the staff weren't especially welcoming. I was there for a concert in nearby Lucca, using a Smartbox gift, and this was the only hotel available in the area. The place feels stuck in the 1990s, furnishings included. I can see it serving workers and business travelers, since it's not really a tourist area, but I'm not sure how it earns three stars.
