The apartment has what you need, though it’s pretty basic. The views and location are great, and the staff were kind and helpful. Tell them where you’re thinking of going and they’ll suggest what’s nearby, including possibly better options.

The terrace has a lovely view, and the hosts were helpful and nice. Lovely Naregno beach is close by.

The place was clean, and we had a great week here, even though the furnishings could do with an update. Most apartments have a patio looking out to sea. The owner was kind and really helpful, and gave us good tips on where to eat. Naregno beach is a quiet spot about 400 meters away, while Capoliveri’s center is around 3 km away. A lovely choice for a relaxing holiday.

Naregno beach was an easy 7-8 minute walk, and Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro were each about a 10-minute drive away. My friend and I stayed here in mid-August and were very happy with our stay. We booked a well-equipped studio with air conditioning, plus a huge panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. Highly recommended.

The rooms and service could be better, but we still had a positive experience. Residence Elba is in a charming spot, surrounded by the area's beauty and peacefulness. Five stars!
