The pool was a real bonus, and Capoliveri’s center is close by. I also found the staff consistently welcoming and helpful. My studio felt spacious, both inside and out, with a big balcony that worked well for eating outside. I was very happy with the location too, in what I think is one of the best parts of Elba.

The parking lot is where things went badly: my car was damaged there, and the response was simply, “We are not responsible for the damage.” That came on top of poor cleanliness and not enough linen at the start. It’s frustrating, because the location is excellent, the facilities are decent, and the pool is lovely.

For me, this spot just below Capoliveri is the best base for getting around the whole island. The apartments are lovely, especially the third-floor ones with their great view over the Naregno sea. There’s also a nice pool and a barbecue guests can use. All in all, a beautiful residence.

The apartment was lovely, with a sea view that’s especially impressive from the top floor. The pool is handy too. It’s a very nice, peaceful place, and I’d definitely recommend it.
