You can reach the beach just below the residence by going down a few steps, which is really convenient. Since it’s a public beach, though, you’ll need to get there early to find a decent spot. The location is fantastic. The apartment is fine, but the children’s room is very small.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The place is right by the sea and well looked after, with a nice sunset to watch in the afternoon.

The beach and bar restaurant are easily reached by going down about 30 meters of stairs. The people working down there, Nico, Francy, Susy, Piero and the others, are very kind and make you feel at home. Prices are fully in line with what’s offered and with the setting, and they’re all displayed. The villa is made up of apartments in a somewhat secluded spot overlooking the sea. It’s a beautiful little corner in one of the bays near Capoliveri, and the view is lovely.

The setting is really striking and definitely worth seeing. But don’t expect a simple breakfast at the beach bar to be cheap. Three cappuccinos and one plain pastry came to 11 euros. Luckily, they had no croissants. And despite table service, you have to serve yourself.
