Casa di Capri

The location near Capri center was handy, and it was nice that staff met us at the square and walked us to the hotel. But the stay was disappointing. Our small room's air conditioning barely worked and made a lot of noise, and the shower didn't work properly, with a clogged drain that needs maintenance. There were shower gels and similar items, but no basic hand soap. Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, and the password we were given was wrong. We only got the correct one on the second day. There was no receptionist or hotel staff around, just a helper in the mornings. She spoke only Italian, so communicating was difficult. Breakfast was limited as well. On our last day, the lady insisted we'd taken a Fanta from the minibar, though we hadn't, and that felt unpleasant. The weak air conditioning made everything worse. In a summer destination like Capri, proper cooling matters a lot. Sadly, we wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good. It was peaceful, and the host and hostess were really friendly and helpful. We got some good tips on places to visit and would absolutely stay again.

The location right by the piazza was perfect, and Nicole was an amazing host. She helped us with everything, even arranging a tennis session. The place is thoughtfully set up and well equipped. Our room was fresh and clean, with a super comfortable bed and everything we needed, even a hair straightener. It's by far my favorite bnb I've stayed in. Thanks for having us, I'll recommend it to everyone!

The people were wonderful and happy to help, and the rooms were nice. It's just three minutes from the main square. I'd stay here again.
