B&B Villa Nicoletta

We first stayed at this B&B in 2020 and came back this year. It's still beautiful and very well cared for, and the family running it is exceptional. This year we had a lovely apartment with a kitchenette, everything we needed, and a huge shower. The view was breathtaking, and there's a beautiful pool you can use day or night. It's away from the noise, with only nature to hear. Every evening brought different colors across the sky and sea. Breakfast is the only meal offered. Alessandro and his father Giuseppe greet you with a smile each morning and always have suggestions for places to visit and beaches. I left a little piece of my heart on that veranda. ❤️

We stayed at B&B Villa Nicoletta from July 7th to 16th and had a wonderful, restful holiday. From its hillside setting a short way from Peschici, there are spectacular views and sunsets, and the pool is lovely for relaxing. Our apartment was spacious, practical, and spotless. Alessandro and his family deserve a heartfelt thank you for managing the place so well and for their friendliness and passion. Their tips on routes, beaches, and the many local restaurants were invaluable, and they were always discreetly on hand when we needed anything. Some places stay with you because of the people who make them what they are, and Villa Nicoletta is one of those.

Alessandro and his father Giuseppe made our stay even better with their kindness and friendliness. Breakfast was plentiful, with warm croissants, homemade yogurt, jams, and other homemade items. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and there's on-site parking behind an automatic gate. The view is spectacular, looking out over the Umbrian forest and the sea in complete peace and quiet. The location worked well for getting around: 10 minutes to Peschici, 30 minutes to the trabucchi, and about an hour to Baia delle Zagare. We also loved having access to the pool 24 hours a day, especially for breaks between our activities. We'll definitely return!

We came back to Villa Nicoletta after many years, and somehow our already excellent stay was even better. The comfortable, practical apartments were impeccably clean, breakfast was generous and excellent, and relaxing by the pool came with an exceptional view across the bay of Peschici. The care and attention to detail we remembered from Giuseppe and Nicoletta have carried on with their son Alessandro and his wife, "Titta." Their warmth and friendliness made the whole holiday feel top-notch.
