I only booked two nights at palazzo zaka, but I couldn't bring myself to leave and added another. It was the best hotel of my 20-day trip in apoulia. I had a suite in December 2025, in low season, and it felt like I had the whole palace to MINE! Someone even cooked breakfast just for me. The place was SO spacious, and the reception people were as warm-hearted as anyone could be. Extra love to the breakfast ladies. Highly recommend. My photos are just from walking around, not of the hotel.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of choice. This is a lovely, well-kept 18th-century palazzo right in the centro storico of Gallipoli Island. Every room has striking cement paste floor tiles, with high ceilings and patterned ones above. A gem.
