We loved how relaxing the stay was. The sea view room had plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and a balcony with loungers and a table and chairs. The sea and sunset views were gorgeous. The pool was clean and enjoyable, even in November, and the hotel was just as spotless. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Breakfast had cooked sweet and savoury choices, plus a cold buffet and warm pastries. What stood out most was the service. The Maître d' made everything feel special and exceeded our expectations, from a warm welcome to wonderful care throughout our stay.

The pool was peaceful, lovely, and very well looked after, with attentive service that made it easy to unwind. La Floridiana is also close to the main plaza and other popular places, while still feeling tucked away and private. We looked forward to breakfast each morning, both for the delicious food and Antonio’s warm, thoughtful hospitality. Martina at reception was patient and kind, and helped us with restaurant suggestions and plans during our stay. We had a great time and would happily stay here again.

We were given a lovely upgrade to a spotless, comfortable room with a sea view, which made our Capri stay feel unforgettable. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with beautiful views of the sea. Everyone was so helpful, from the front desk and restaurant team to the gentleman who took care of our luggage. The service was excellent throughout. Hotel La Floridiana is a real Capri gem, and we’ll definitely be back.

The team made us feel at home right from check-in, when Claudia welcomed us with drinks and a guide to places of interest around the island. In honour of our 40th wedding celebration, they upgraded us to a beautiful room with floral tiled floors and an exquisite sea view. It was our first visit to Capri and our first time at La Floridiana, and we had a wonderful stay. Staff across reception, the restaurant, kitchen, poolside, and housekeeping worked together like a family to meet every need. Antonio deserves a special mention for his efficient, energetic, charming way of embodying the hotel’s spirit. We’d recommend this gem to anyone visiting Capri.

The team even helped us through a stressful travel problem. Our luggage had gone missing, but they went out of their way to track it down and arrange delivery to our next hotel. We were so relieved. They also suggested Pulalli for dinner, which became a highlight: delicious food and an unforgettable view over the center of Capri. Each morning brought an amazing breakfast and breathtaking panoramic views. We spent our honeymoon here, and the warm, helpful staff, lovely setting, and thoughtful attention made it special and surpassed what we expected. We’d come back in a heartbeat.
