We only had one night here and wished we'd booked longer. The room felt comfortable and nicely decorated, with a spacious layout, a good-sized bathroom, full shower and bath, and a comfortable bed. From the balcony we could see the city and a bit of the sea. The location worked well for getting to the center and down to Marina Grande. We didn't use the pool, but it looked amazing, with plenty of outdoor seats for enjoying the sun and lovely weather. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had to leave early and miss breakfast, so it was thoughtful of them to pack one for me to take along. Hope we can return soon!

Our honeymoon stay at La Residenza was a highlight. We were upgraded to a suite, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is in a great spot, near the heart of Capri town but still quiet, facing the island's southern side. The staff were attentive and always ready to answer questions or help with reservations. Special thanks to Ignacio. We had a spacious room, a super comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast every day. We'd love to come back someday!

I've stayed at this resort on my last two trips to Capri, and I love the location and the views. I stopped by today with a friend to show them the hotel and its view. The recent updates look great. We ate outside at the Vic restaurant and ordered a Marguerite pizza. It could've used a little more tomato sauce and basil. The 5 Euros per person cover charge came as a shock. We only ordered a pizza for $21.00Euros, but the total was $31.00 Euros. I couldn't find that charge listed anywhere on the menu.

We had a spacious, comfortable room with amazing views, and the hotel's location is wonderful. La Residenzia is beautiful, and the service was exceptional. The staff were so helpful, especially when they arranged a last-minute boat trip around Capri on the day we were leaving. We really didn't want to go and will definitely return to this amazing hotel.

I just checked in, and the staff have already made me feel so supported. I'm teaching on Zoom from here, so I had a lot of questions that weren't obvious, but Linda at the front desk kindly helped me find a solution for everything. The Wi-Fi is great too. This is a great hotel. I want to move in! Mille grazie. 🙏❤️☀️
