Hotel Cora

The hotel itself is old, but the experience was still pleasant and good value for money. Our room was clean, quiet and at a comfortable temperature. The staff were service-minded throughout our stay and looked after us well. My family left smiling.

The club right next to the hotel can get noisy at weekends. Rooms were clean, the Wi-Fi worked well and breakfast was okay. We were there for the F1 Monza Grand Prix 24', and Erica was always helpful and very service-minded whenever we needed anything. Nearby, Mucho Mas is an Argentinian restaurant with very good food at a reasonable price.

A comfortable stay on the outskirts of Milan, with air-conditioned rooms and free parking. Breakfast was included, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. Nice hotel!

I’ve worked in hospitality, including hotels, for six years, and I’ve never had service this poor. Our son was sick and vomiting during the night, so we had to strip all the bed sheets. When we called reception, the receptionist said he couldn’t give us replacements. We’d paid for four beds, but our son had to sleep with us because there was nothing for him to sleep in. The night receptionist also wouldn’t leave the desk, so my wife had to go down for towels while our son was still being sick. I spoke with him in the morning and was shocked by his behaviour. When I asked for a taxi, he made me feel like I was bothering him and was completely useless. I woke the family, we didn’t get a proper breakfast, and we left at 7.30am with our sick child. I can’t believe the hotel had no spare bed sheets. The lack of professionalism was appalling. I emailed the hotel after our stay and am still waiting for a response.
