The lake views are breathtaking, and I missed this place as soon as we checked out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and there’s a great restaurant on site. Antonia went out of her way to help with what each guest needed, especially finding rides, and all the staff were exceptional. The hotel is across from the Urio boat launch and on the bus line, just minutes from Como city center. We’d visit again if we’re in the area.

The ferry is right in front of Hotel Orso Bruno, so it’s easy to get to other towns. We liked having a peaceful, beautiful setting, and I’d take it over staying in crowded Como town. Our room was right on the lake, big, spacious, and spotless, with a view I’ll remember waking up to. The on-site restaurant was our favorite in the area, and TripAdvisor agrees. Every meal was incredible, and the welcoming, attentive staff were among the nicest people we met in Italy. Samuel, the manager, even went above and beyond to make us a personalized gluten-free breakfast. For the quality, the price felt very reasonable. I’ve visited Lake Como many times, and this was my favorite stay by far. Don’t think twice, book here, you won’t regret it!

The boat stop is just steps away and runs all day, with trips to various places. There’s also a lovely bar next door where you can sit by the lake for a cocktail and a light snack. We had a delicious dinner and a very nice choice at breakfast at this quaint, immaculate hotel. Dinner is served until 10:30 pm. I’d recommend paying a little extra to reserve parking when booking. It was a great choice for Quinto and me, three thumbs up!

Being just a few steps from the boat dock made getting around the lake quick and easy. We had a great time at this lovely little hotel. The people were always helpful, the food was good and just right for starting the day, and our room was clean and new with a lovely lake view.

They made my girlfriend’s birthday really special, with a cake, balloons, and a rose, and she was overjoyed. Arthur was also great at suggesting places to go, things to do, and restaurants. The staff were warm and welcoming from start to finish and made the trip feel unforgettable. Our room was fantastic and clean, and we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The lake views from the rooms and restaurant are incredible. There’s a lovely wine bar underneath too, though it’s separate from the hotel. It’s one of the best small boutique hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing, peaceful stay in Como.
