I stayed three nights in the "sul del lago" room at Villa Nina Relais and left disappointed. The information and photos on the website, where I booked directly, didn’t match what was actually offered, and the stay fell short of what I expected. In the room, the “breakfast” was Nespresso and cookies. For what I paid, it felt more like renting a room through Airbnb than staying at a proper B&B, and it wasn’t worth the price. I’d suggest choosing a hotel or a real bed and breakfast for the money.

The views are amazing, and breakfast is served in an intimate setting where it’s easy to chat with the friendly guests. The location is great, with good off-road parking, large spacious rooms, and friendly owners. One downside: some room features feel dated or don’t work properly, including the odd lighting switches and a bathroom door lock that wouldn’t work. It’s only a 5 minutes drive to George Clooneys if you're invited!

The view was amazing, and the place was great. claudia & federico were very nice, and it was fun meeting such a lovely couple. It would be nice if the great breakfast could be served outside so we could enjoy the view.

The apartment is about 700m from the boat stop and restaurants. It’s in a small house beside the villa, above the garage. There’s space to park one car inside, while another can be left on a narrow road. The garden is pleasant, with seating by the lake. Breakfast is set out in the evening, in the fridge and on the table, so you can eat privately in the apartment.

The owners are excellent, and everything is impeccably maintained. It’s a fantastic B&B with excellent service and rooms, plus a garden right on the lake and access to the water.
