TRECI2023

The location worked really well for exploring places across the provinces of Siracusa, Catania, and Messina. The beach was about a five-minute walk along the paths inside the residential complex. There are no shops or other commercial services in the village, though, so for groceries or anything else you have to drive to Lentini, Carlentini, Catania, or one of the shopping centers nearby. Those are around 15 minutes away by car. The house has three bedrooms and sleeps up to eight. Its large, airy living and dining area is bright, with wide openings onto the garden that wraps around the house and has citrus trees. There’s also a small covered porch at the front with chairs and a little sofa. In one corner of the garden are two outdoor showers, but they only have cold water, plus a built-in barbecue. The house was recently renovated and had what we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Carmelo welcomed us wonderfully and was very kind. Carmelo Cassia was also cheerful and always ready to help sort out any problems that came up. Five stars well deserved.
