Caterina, the owner, is very kind and generous with advice and attention. The self-service breakfast was excellent and had everything we needed, and there’s parking nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a brand-new bathroom. This clean, well-maintained B&B is in a prime spot in Carloforte, on the beautiful island of San Pietro. Highly recommended.

A welcoming, family-run B&B with friendly service and a generous breakfast. It was clean, the staff were always available, and the prices were affordable. Highly recommend!

Caterina was so kind and attentive to what her guests needed. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and breakfast is plentiful, served in the courtyard outside when the weather is good. The B&B is just steps from Carloforte’s center, in a very quiet spot near Piazza Pegli. It’s also handy for the supermarket, bus stop, and ferry dock. Highly recommended.

We stayed June 10-12, 2022. The place was very clean and quiet, with hardly any traffic on the street beside it, so it suited us well for privacy and relaxation. It’s very close to the historic center and the town’s many restaurants. Ms. Caterina was kind and available whenever we needed information. Highly recommended. Gian Pietro and Rosalba

Caterina made us feel so welcome and gave us loads of useful tips for places to visit and eat. We followed her advice and appreciated it. She even surprised me on my birthday morning with typical Carloforte sweets and other treats, such a lovely way to feel pampered! The B&B 24 Maggio is delightful, spotless, and peaceful despite being just steps from the historic center. Caterina is a truly thoughtful person. We had a wonderful time, and if we return to Carloforte, we’ll definitely come back to this gem for its hospitality and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended!
