House Brennero 29

We booked 2 double rooms and 1 quadruple room three months ahead, first by email and then with a phone call a few days later. A month before our stay we emailed again and confirmed by phone, then called once more two days before arriving. Even so, when we collected the keys, we were told the rooms had already been given to another group. We got no support with this upsetting surprise. They just said, "we were wrong," then gave us two other contacts, neither of which was useful. One of them had been closed for years. The organization was deplorable. I strongly advise against it.

Everything was clean, and the apartments are new and have every comfort. The kitchen in particular is well equipped, with a microwave and all the things you need to cook. Maria, the host, is very kind and helpful. We'll definitely return.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean. I had a great stay!

The owner was consistently courteous, friendly, and ready to help. The six modern apartments sit on a little side street in central Carpi, so they're peaceful while still well placed. Each has a kitchen and full-size fridge, plus a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There's an elevator to every floor, useful with big suitcases and for guests with limited mobility. Heating and air conditioning are included, and the windows have insect screens for summer. Downstairs you'll find a coffee and snack machine, along with laundry and drying facilities. You can't park right outside the building, but public spaces nearby are usually available. A good, affordable option for a day or longer in Carpi.
