The restaurant inside is really lovely, though for now it only opens Friday through Sunday. The ruins are in very good condition, and some parts, including the church and keep, are still standing. You can't go inside those structures at the moment. Maybe access will open in summer. Recommended!
On a clear day, the view reaches a long way across the whole Secchia valley, almost making you wonder if you can see into the future. The castle has a magical feel and stands above the surrounding area.
There’s such a sense of peace in this magical place. The valleys are beautiful, the peaks are incredible, and the natural space seems endless.
A lovely place, and it’s kept in good shape.
