We had trouble from the start. No one was letting us into the building to check in, so I called. The person answering kept hanging up instead of listening. Once inside, the room was hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working, and they didn’t respond for hours after I reported it. The sink drips all over the counter, and the shower floods the room, so watch out when using it. We packed up and left after one night because both the service and the quality were poor.

We spent our last day in Rome here with our two little kids. The location was great, and the place was cosy, clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the host stayed in touch on WhatsApp in case we needed help. I only wish breakfast had been a little better.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the location was great, about a 30-minute walk from the Vatican. We had a great stay and hope to come back.

Clean place, though it has more of an Airbnb feel than a hotel.

It was really good, and I felt it was worth the stay.
