Sabrina and Istephany were especially kind and helpful throughout our four-day family stay at Be Mate Roma. Their support made the trip easier and more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with comfortable, nicely arranged rooms, and the other facilities and services were high quality too. A full five stars from me. I’d definitely like to stay again on my next visit to Rome. Thank you, Be Mate Roma, for a wonderful experience!

The apartment was beautiful, and every place to eat that George and Estefany recommended was excellent. They were both incredibly helpful with all the details and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

The street can be noisy, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. George and Estefany were responsive and helpful, and seemed ready to sort out any small issues. Be Mate Piazza Navona has thoughtful design and privacy for an apartment-style stay right in the city center. The location is exceptional for exploring on foot, with major attractions just steps away. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a beautiful interior and a great layout. I absolutely recommend it.

This is one of the best apartments we’ve ever rented in Italy. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Estefany was our guest assistant and was so kind and supportive. Since we were arriving a few hours before check-in, she let us check in early. Highly recommend. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back.
