We lasted five minutes. I booked this “apartment” for two nights, but we felt discouraged as soon as we arrived. We waited almost 20 minutes before a lady brought the keys and showed us the room. She said we could leave the keys on the table when we left. After that, we put them there and ran off. I booked through booking.com, and the photos aren’t accurate!
The low price and good location were the only positives. My room was dirty, with cobwebs, dust, and peeling walls. The bathroom was awful: the shower nozzle was covered in limescale, and water sprayed around, reaching near the mirror light, which felt very dangerous. The sink was dirty and full of hair. There was no hot water. Since we arrived late at night, nothing could be done once we noticed, so I had a cold shower. The mini-fridge was empty, and I was thirsty in the morning. Nobody checked our ID. I understand that might be useful in some cases, but still. It’s a motel-like place, with cars roaring around the parking lot all night and mosquitoes. I really don’t think I’ll return.
He confirmed my booking on WhatsApp, then called a few days later to say, “Sorry, it’s no longer available.” In my experience, this isn’t very reliable.
Erika was lovely. The room and location were nice, though the sofa bed was a bit lacking and there was no TV. Even so, I had a positive experience and highly recommend it.
