What concerned me most was how the extra charges were handled. I had already paid online, but on arrival I was charged 30 EUR for a bed for my 6-year-old and 7 EUR in city tax. No extra bed was provided, so my child shared our bed. Rome regulations exempt children under 10 from city tax, but the host charged it even after checking my child's passport at check-in. When I raised the incorrect charges, the host admitted the mistake. More than 20 days later, there has been no refund, and they have stopped responding to messages. The experience left me seriously concerned about transparency, accuracy, and trust. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious about extra charges. The property was also misleading: the accommodation didn't match the photos at all. As other reviews describe, it's essentially several rooms inside a private apartment on the sixth floor.

Lorenza was very friendly, and breakfast was served in our room. We had hot water, and the breakfast was good. The room was clean, and we could walk to the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatino Hill. I stayed here with my family for one night. If I'm back, I'd stay again. Thanks for everything. Greetings from Turkey.

Rome is great as always, but it's become extremely expensive, including a city tax of 7 Euro per person per day. The location was very good in my opinion, and the room was clean with a good mattress. It wasn't bad, though expensive. In today's Rome, it seems there's no other choice if you want to stay somewhere walkable. I'd choose a room with a courtyard window next time because of the street noise.

The room we had faced the street, and it got pretty noisy at night. I'm not sure if that's true of every room or just ours. Still, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's a good B&B option in a great spot near the main attractions and train station. I can recommend it.

Lorenzo was extremely friendly and helpful. He arranged an airport pickup by taxi shuttle and even gave us breakfast to go the next morning. We stayed one night. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but it worked perfectly for us. I'm not sure I'd stay for a whole week because of the limited space.
