AWFUL! My class and I spent six days there, and none of us had ever stayed in a worse "hotel." The food was bad, and there were cockroaches everywhere, including in the rooms. Dirty water came out of the toilet, and after three days they gave us one towel to "fix" it. Nobody could even speak English. The place itself is beautiful, but choose another hotel. This one is really trash. I can't understand how it got 3 stars.

I spent a week at this property after hearing about it through other people. It's a quiet, family-run hotel on a street corner, very close to the sea. The cuisine was excellent, and the staff courteous, with cleanliness at an adequate level. The rooms and bathrooms aren't especially modern. I had the half-board option, and the portions were decent, though the food sometimes fell short. The location is perfect, and I have no complaints.

The staff made us feel relaxed and looked after, paying attention to our needs throughout. Valentina especially is the heart of the hotel: kind, cheerful, welcoming, and always available. Everyone showed so much care and courtesy in their work, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The location is excellent, close to the sea, and handy for reaching the town center, nearby destinations, and all kinds of services. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the prices are reasonable. We loved the spectacular local Cilento food and plentiful breakfast too. It was a wonderful vacation, and we couldn't have asked for better. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially Valentina. We'll definitely return.
