Everyone was friendly, and the place itself is kept in good shape. The pool is small but very tidy. Our apartment felt cramped for two adults and two children, with rather rustic furniture and uncomfortable mattresses. We also only had one roll of toilet paper. You really need a car to get around.

We spent three nights here as a family. The quiet setting and the shared spaces made it a pleasant stay, and we often enjoyed the outdoor areas, including one meal that felt almost private. Ivan was welcoming, helpful, and full of useful information. The pool is small, and its water was cold and not very clear, but the kids still had plenty of fun there. Supermarkets are close by if you're driving. A couple of things could use attention. Our bathroom had no bidet or window, and the shower was very dark, like much of the apartment. The shower head had weak pressure and getting hot water was nearly impossible. We mentioned it only as we were leaving; they said they would have fixed it if we'd told them sooner, though the room should have been checked properly before we got the keys. Also, water from the air-conditioner drain in the apartment above dripped onto our window for two days. The shaded courtyard stayed wet all day, so we couldn't use the table and chairs outside.

The grounds are lovely and well cared for, with peaceful lawns and orchards all around. The accommodation itself needs more attention, though. Cleaning alone isn't enough, it could do with some updating too. Guests should also be told that there's no bidet or bathroom window, and that the property is 2 km from the historic center, not the 400 meters I was told. The quality of the room didn't match what we paid.

We spent five wonderfully relaxing days here. The shared spaces are lovely and kept in great shape, and the whole property was clean and orderly. The location works really well, too, with the beach just 10 minutes away. A little paradise in the city, and the hospitality was excellent.
