Hotel Stella Maris

Lovely.

I wish I could have stayed longer, but I became ill on the night I arrived and was there for just one day. I'm very grateful for how helpful and hospitable the staff were. In particular, a huge thank you to Mr. Gianni, who called 911 and stayed with me until the ambulance came. He kept checking on my health afterward, with real kindness and concern. You rarely meet people like that. Thank you, I hope I can come back soon 🫶🏻

The panoramic elevator and pool were highlights for me. I loved taking a dip in the evenings to unwind. The hotel is well cared for, with thoughtful details throughout to make everyone's stay pleasant. Our standard room at Stella Maris Hotel was small, but very comfortable for a couple and impeccably clean. The balcony had a breathtaking view, and I was lucky enough to watch the sunrise. The bathroom with its bathtub was second to none. A big thank you to all the staff for working every day to make guests comfortable!

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with both Italian-style sweet food and savory options. The dining room is roomy, and there's also outdoor seating under a beautiful, well-made circular wooden gazebo beside the clean, well-kept pool. The waiters were always happy to accommodate requests. We had a pleasant week in a standard double room. It wasn't large, but suited a couple well, with good soundproofing, air conditioning, TV, fridge, phone, and an outside balcony. The room was cleaned very well, and towels and cosmetic kits were replenished daily. The bathroom was lovely, with a bathtub that also worked as a shower behind a glass screen. It had no window, but there was an extractor fan. The whole property was tidy and well maintained. There's a small but functional elevator with short waits between floors. On floor -1, there's the breakfast room and a beautiful lounge with several seating areas and silverware on display, a nice place to read with a cup of tea. Private uncovered parking is available behind an automatic gate, but it wasn't included in our booking. Management offered us a convenient free spot in the adjacent blue-line parking lot, just steps away.
