Hyéle Accommodation Experience

The apartments have everything you need, including a washing machine and air conditioning in every room. There are spacious private gardens with furniture, and parking is easy right outside. The pool is amazing, and the staff are both friendly and professional. It really feels like heaven here. Supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches are only a short drive away. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The pool was a highlight: beautiful, clean, with working sunbeds and a panoramic view. It was close to our apartment, and the local hosts were happy to open the bar for coffee, especially during our first week. There are also paddle and pickleball courts, though we didn’t try them, and breakfast is available, which we skipped. A good bakery is about 750m away, around a 10-minute walk. Since the complex is set back from the main road, a car is useful for shopping or getting to the beach. Our apartment had a garden, private parking, and roller shutters all around. The air conditioning worked well in every room, and the washing machine was handy with two small children. The kitchen had the basics, though it could have been better equipped. Everything looked new and clean, if a little sterile, and there still seems to be work to do around the complex. We were greeted warmly by the local host. There was a frustrating mix-up at check-in. We had specifically booked a place with three bedrooms and checked that it had a high chair, but the apartment had only two bedrooms and no high chair. The host said Novalsol, the airbnb host, had reserved a two-bedroom apartment because we were two adults and two children. We were told a switch wasn’t possible, even though perhaps only 5-10% of the complex was occupied. We were in a building with at least 8 apartments and were the only guests there. I can’t tell whether a change really wasn’t possible or simply wasn’t offered. We had to contact Novasol ourselves. They offered a full refund if we packed up and left, or compensation if we stayed. We chose to stay and were fine with that, though we slept on the living-room sofa bed. We returned 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the compensation. A sponge, dish soap, and enough rubbish bags for the whole stay would have made things easier. Despite the rocky start, the complex is lovely and the pool view is amazing.

Linda and everyone on the team were kind, helpful, and easy to be around. Their tips made our trip better, and the welcoming atmosphere had us feeling at home. Our stay at Hyéle in Italy was a dream, and we’ll definitely come back. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, memorable stay. You’d miss something special by skipping Hyéle.

A three-bedroom place with a garden and lovely views worked really well for our family holiday. The facilities were great, the staff were very friendly, and the pool was fabulous, with comfortable sunbeds.
