Magnolia

The room and shared areas were not clean enough, and breakfast felt mediocre with too little variety. The building also seemed dated. Sadly, despite the B&B's location and the owner's hospitality, the stay fell short of what we expected.

You can park in the courtyard, and there are lots of restaurants and bars close by. The hotel is centrally placed with plenty to see around it, and the welcome was warm and the atmosphere friendly. The Repcession is essentially a boutique. I'd recommend it for families or people traveling alone. A personal message: I hope your knee gets better. Warm wishes to you, your sister, and Elena.

This place could be a lovely spot to relax, but the staff seemed careless toward guests. The room was very cold at first and dirty, with lots of dust on the mirrors. We left at 7:00, before breakfast began at 8:00, as we had already been told at check-in, so we weren't served anything and were sent elsewhere for coffee. We also chose not to make tea ourselves because the dining room had not been cleaned after the previous visitors. After a long journey, we didn't want to complain straight away. There were a few good things: it is in the center of a beautiful borgo, has antique furniture, clean bedding and a clean bathroom, and pets are allowed.

The rooms are spacious and lovely, and the cleanliness is excellent. The owner is helpful and kind. The property is right in the center of Casale Monferrato.
