For a special evening to treat yourself and the people you love, Incanto is a good choice. The restaurant has an unmatched view over the Phlegraean Gulf, with a sea breeze coming through. Seafood takes center stage on the menu, expertly handled by the two young owners, who are elegant, professional, and always ready to meet customers' needs. I don't remember the waiter's name, but I'll certainly remember how kind and courteous he was. The restaurant is inside a hotel that also offers guest parking, a detail worth remembering on the Castiglione road.

Antonio was a highlight, very friendly and flexible. It was a pleasure being here. At the end of the week, we agreed the hotel's own restaurant was the best in Ischia. The Scaliatelli al frutti di mare, daily fish (Orata), and Spaghetti vongole were incomparable, and the value for money is excellent in Ischia.

The view is the real standout, a breathtaking panorama that's worth 5 stars. The appetizer and main course were very good, while the dessert wasn't exceptional. Service was a little slow, but the staff were kind and friendly.

I took my family there to assess the venue for an event, and the welcome was very unfriendly. We've been waiting over a month for the proposal they said they'd email. After we followed up, they assured us they'd send what we'd asked for, but nothing ever came. The customer service was beyond terrible, so we obviously looked elsewhere.
